Lindsey is a Community Wellness Coordinator at Purdue University Extension and a Horticulture Specialist serving Delaware county and surrounding areas, Christy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Associate Clinical Lecturer of Nutrition and Dietetics at Ball State University. Join us as we discuss community resources, the multifaceted world of nutrition, and how to sustain nutritional wellness.
The Healthy Lifestyle Center is a community-based resource center featuring services such as free nutrition, substance use screening, general medical screenings, and behavior change support from graduate students and faculty across the College of Health and trained medical professionals and students from IU Health Ball Memorial.
